What Your Day Will Look Like

As the Overnight Customer Support Team Lead, you will manage a team of support agents, ensuring they deliver outstanding service. Your day will involve monitoring customer interactions, providing feedback, and resolving complex issues. You’ll also track performance metrics, coach team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
