What Your Day Will Look Like
As the Overnight Customer Support Team Lead, you will manage a team of support agents, ensuring they deliver outstanding service. Your day will involve monitoring customer interactions, providing feedback, and resolving complex issues. You’ll also track performance metrics, coach team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Improve Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Support Agents: Provide guidance and answer queries
- Monitor Metrics: Track and act on shift data
- Quality Assurance: Oversee interactions for quality
- Feedback Sessions: Conduct regular 1:1s with team
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No degree required
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing teams
- Tool Proficiency: Zendesk, Intercom, or similar
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal
- Problem Solving: Data-driven critical thinker
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $60,000 – $70,000/yr..
