This unique opportunity allows you to provide support and assistance to those affected by natural disasters, all from the comfort of your home.

Hiring from across the United States with the exception of California and New York.

The pay rate is $15 per hour.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Disaster Relief Agent, you will play a crucial role in transforming customer service into customer care. Your responsibilities include accepting incoming calls from individuals distressed by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, or tornadoes. Your mission is to exercise empathy, compassion, and effective listening skills to provide immediate assistance and dispatch help accordingly.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be a self-starter with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to follow client scripting and record caller information accurately.
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Exhibit empathy and compassion for individuals in distress.
  • Type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Have a reliable internet connection and a computer running Windows 10 or higher.

Training: (please convert all times to reflect in your time zone)

“*All dates and times are tentative and are subject to change

  • Orientation- Thursday January 18, 2024
  • Time: 12:15pm EST (30-45 minutes)

*orientation followed by self-paced training (your self-paced training will be assigned in the orientation and must be completed before live training to be advanced to the virtual instructor led training course)

  • Virtual instructor led training- Monday January 22, 2024 at 2:00pm EST
  • Training time: 2:00pm EST to 4:30pm EST (2.5 hours)

All training is paid (orientation, self-paced training and live training are all paid)

After all training is complete (orientation, self paced training and live training), you can then start scheduling on Tuesday 1/23/24 and start working.

Pay Rate:

Earn $15.00 per hour with biweekly direct deposit payments.


Enjoy flexibility by choosing your own hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 up to 40 hours per week. The call center operates 24/7, with a specific need between 7 am and 11 pm EST, including weekends.


  • Paid time off (PTO).

Technical Requirements: Ensure you have the following:

  • Laptop or Desktop Computer running Windows 10 or higher.
  • DSL or Cable internet.
  • Current antivirus and antispyware.
  • High-speed internet connected to a US-based ISP.
  • USB headset with microphone (no wireless).
  • Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browser.

*Note: Apple computers and Chromebooks are not currently compatible with the client’s software.
