What Your Day Will Look Like
As a DLS Case Manager, your day involves managing various leave and accommodation requests, reviewing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. You’ll be the primary contact for employees, providing support and guidance throughout their leave or disability event.

- Provide Support: Assist employees throughout leave

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

- Language Skills: English and Spanish proficiency
- Experience Needed: HR or claim management
- Problem Solving: Handle ambiguous challenges
- System Knowledge: HRIS or ATS familiarity
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $20.00 – $35.00/hr..
