This is a full-time, remote opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor. This role provides flexibility, allowing employees to work from home anywhere within the U.S. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor, tasks include preparing and verifying transactions, analyzing financial statements, and maintaining ledger accounts. The role involves reconciling accounts, detecting fraud, and responding to customer billing queries. Work is performed independently, utilizing strong judgment and administrative expertise.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Process Transactions: Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile Accounts: Maintain and verify ledgers
- Analyze Statements: Prepare financial analyses and reports
- Detect Fraud: Identify discrepancies in bill runs
- Respond to Queries: Address customer billing questions
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Finance Experience: Minimum 1 year required
- Project Leadership: 2 years leading projects
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical Skills: Financial analysis and reporting
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $44,900 – $60,200/yr..
