What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
As an Image Production Specialist, you will retouch high-end fashion imagery for web use, ensuring quality and consistency. Your day involves producing over 150 edited images daily, adhering to a defect rate of less than 3%. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative teams, execute on-brand visions, and train peers, all while utilizing your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and internal systems.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Edit High-End Images: Retouch fashion imagery for customer-facing web use
- Meet Production Goals: Produce 150+ edited images daily with a < 3% defect rate
- Utilize Internal Systems: Retrieve and deliver digital assets efficiently
- Collaborate with Teams: Execute creative direction and support on-brand visions
- Train and Audit: Train peers and audit outputs for quality assurance
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Associate’s degree or above preferred, but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, including actions and layer masking
- Visual Skills: Strong understanding of naturalistic skin, fabric, color, and composition retouching
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and manage escalations independently
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $24.00 – $42.00/hr. based on experience.
