Logistics

What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
The Licensing Coordinator will manage multi-state professional licensure for clinical providers, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting license applications, tracking expirations, and maintaining detailed records. The role involves advising on regulatory considerations and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Lead Multi-State Licensing: Oversee provider licensing to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals
- Manage Applications: Prepare, submit, and track state license applications for clinical providers
- Track Expirations: Proactively monitor license expirations to ensure timely renewals
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all licenses and permits within credentialing systems
- Implement Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required, but 2–3 years of experience in provider licensing is essential
- Licensing Expertise: Strong knowledge of state medical boards and regulatory requirements
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline management
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Telehealth Experience: Experience in telehealth environments is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $24.00 – $28.00/hr. based on experience.
