What Your Day Will Look Like
This position requires working weekends as part of the Inbound Retention Specialist team. You will engage with customers over the phone, addressing their concerns and striving to retain their business through effective communication and problem-solving. Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Problem-Solving: Ability to develop creative solutions for customer issues
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $50,000/yr. based on experience.
