What Your Day Will Look Like
As an Insurance SME, you will be responsible for annotating insurance documents, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and developing rubrics to define quality standards. Your tasks will include interpreting policy structures, assessing claims, and evaluating various dimensions of insurance documents to enhance AI accuracy.

- Annotate Documents: Label insurance policy details
- Review Outputs: Evaluate AI-generated content
- Develop Rubrics: Create benchmarks for AI models
- Interpret Policies: Analyze policy structures and exclusions
- Assess Claims: Evaluate claims for coverage accuracy
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No degree required
- Insurance Experience: 3-5 years in E&S insurance
- Communication Skills: Strong written abilities
- Independent Work: Meet targets with accuracy
- Policy Analysis: Interpret excess policy structure
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $50.00 – $80.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar roles; Actual pay may vary.)
