What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will source replacements and substitutes for broken orders, communicate with marketplaces and sellers using Intercom, and document processes in Monday.com. You will also track sales in SkyBox, collaborate with team members to find solutions, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
