As a Patient Engagement Specialist, this role is offered on a part-time, 1099 contractor basis, allowing for a fully remote work environment. The schedule is flexible, with shifts available Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, totaling 6.5 hours per day between 8 am and 10 pm ET.

What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will schedule and remind patients of their sessions, ensuring their participation in the program. You will also proactively reach out to patients at risk of discontinuing the program, providing engagement strategies and support. Communication with providers and patients will be via chat, email, video conference, and phone, assisting with technical issues and collecting valuable feedback.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Schedule Sessions: Organize and remind patient appointments
  • Outreach Patients: Engage at-risk patients for retention
  • Communicate Changes: Update providers on scheduling
  • Educate Patients: Explain program and app usage
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Assist with technical session problems

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Support: 1-3 years experience required
  • Healthcare Experience: 1+ years preferred
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with Android, Apple OS
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $25.00/hr.
