In this role, you would handle incoming calls regarding a variety of requests while demonstrating professional oral and written communication with all stakeholders. You would research member information and answer questions about client and product design as well as Personify Health’s involvement with members’ overall wellbeing journey.
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; at least one year customer service experience in call center environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills; type 30 wpm minimum with accuracy; and strong customer service, analytical, and decision-making skills.

What You Bring to Our Mission
The service foundation:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some University or Post-secondary Education preferred
- At least one year customer service experience in call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The technical competencies:
- Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills

- Familiarity with cloud-based contact center software desirable
