U-Haul offers a part-time, remote Moving Help Agent position with flexible scheduling. The role requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, including one weekend day. Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Arizona time.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Moving Help Agent, daily tasks include assisting customers with booking and modifying moving services, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. The role involves communicating through phone calls, chats, and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
