As a Patient Care Coordinator I, this part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule with weekend hours. Candidates can reside anywhere within the United States, working 16.5 hours per week, with possible additional hours up to 30 hours weekly.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your day will involve serving as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, processing monthly refill requests, and verifying patient records. You will also handle inquiries and provide updates, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for those relying on enteral nutrition therapy.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Coordinate Orders: Manage patient nutrition therapy requests
- Verify Information: Check patient demographics and insurance
- Maintain Records: Update electronic patient files
- Assist Patients: Handle refill and payment queries
- Resolve Concerns: Address routine patient issues
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service: One year experience required
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office applications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities
- Problem Solving: Decision-making capabilities
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $17.00 – $25.65/hr..
