As a full-time, remote position, the Patient Enrollment Specialist role offers flexibility with evening shifts from 2-10 PM ET or 3-11 PM ET, Monday through Friday. This 1099 contractor role allows for a work-life balance while engaging with patients across the United States.

What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will engage potential patients over the phone, providing them with information about Aviary’s healthcare services. Daily tasks include educating patients and their families, addressing inquiries, and enrolling patients in the program. You will also assist patients with technical support and scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Educate Patients: Explain program benefits and features
  • Handle Calls: Initiate and respond to patient calls
  • Technical Support: Assist with app and website navigation
  • Maintain Records: Document patient information accurately
  • Achieve Targets: Meet weekly enrollment goals

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: No degree required
  • Customer Engagement: Experience in a sales capacity
  • Outbound Calling: Skilled in initiating calls
  • High EQ/IQ: Navigate diverse situations
  • Tech Savvy: Leverage technology effectively

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $20.00 – $22.00/hr..
