Operating fully remote, this full-time role offers flexibility in work hours, accommodating a schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The position allows for remote work from any location, providing a comfortable work-life balance while focusing on lesson preparation and delivery.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Remote PreK/K Math Teacher, daily activities include preparing and delivering engaging math lessons, conducting trial lessons, grading homework, and communicating with parents. Teachers will also participate in paid training and assist lead teachers, ensuring a comprehensive teaching experience.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Prepare Lessons: Develop engaging math lessons for PreK/K students
- Teach Classes: Deliver online math classes weekly
- Conduct Trials: Lead trial lessons for new students
- Grade Homework: Evaluate assignments and provide feedback
- Communicate Progress: Update parents on student development
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
- Teaching Experience: Prior math teaching a plus
- Communication Skills: Strong interaction with parents
- Energy & Enthusiasm: Engage and excite young learners
- Remote Work Capability: Effective in a virtual setting
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $25.00 – $30.00/hr..
