What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Prescription Experience Specialist, the day involves managing a portfolio of newly onboarded provider practices. Responsibilities include overseeing prescription authorizations, resolving escalated cases, and ensuring seamless communication with providers and patients. The role requires quick learning and application of complex processes to deliver a high level of accuracy and service.
Responsibilities & Expectations

- Resolve Escalations: Handle complex cases efficiently
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain 100% case accuracy
