What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will engage in non-phone work, focusing on identifying and implementing process improvements across the enterprise. Tasks include supporting the development and execution of performance improvement projects, facilitating cross-functional teams, and communicating process gaps to management.

- Identify Improvements: Implement LEAN/Six Sigma activities
- Support Projects: Develop and prioritize improvements
- Facilitate Teams: Lead cross-functional improvement teams
- Monitor Metrics: Evaluate project performance
- Report Status: Communicate project updates
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Process Expertise: LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
- Healthcare Experience: 4+ years preferred
- Software Knowledge: Project management tools
- Certification: Green Belt, CAPM-PMI preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $70,100 – $126,200/yr..
