What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, the Senior Coordinator will manage and resolve complaint and appeal scenarios across all product lines. This involves coordinating responses from various business units and ensuring timely, customer-focused resolutions. Additionally, the role includes identifying trends and emerging issues, reporting them, and recommending solutions to improve processes.

Compensation & Benefits
