What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Innovation Analyst, the role involves evaluating and analyzing existing claims workflows to identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities include developing strategies based on findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new product features and processes, preparing reports, participating in innovation workshops, and overseeing pilot programs to drive continuous improvement within GEICO’s claims operations.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Evaluate and Analyze: Existing claims workflows, data, and key metrics to identify opportunities
- Develop Strategies: Based on findings to propose operational changes or impacts
- Collaborate with Teams: To gather, define, and prioritize requirements, features, and specifications
- Monitor Projects: By identifying, tracking, and monitoring project risks and expected benefits
- Participate in Innovation: Workshops and design sprints to solve problems creatively
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Experience in the Insurance and/or InsurTech industry
- Innovation Experience: Preferably within P&C insurance
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate a common strategic vision clearly
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- DEI Champion: Embeds diversity, equity, and inclusion in programs and work
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $109,675 – $172,200/yr. based on experience.
