What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you’ll manage the operational aspects of Claude Corps recruiting. Tasks include maintaining recruiting data in Greenhouse, producing weekly reports, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also leverage AI to streamline processes, manage interview scheduling, and handle candidate communication efficiently.
