This is a full-time position offering significant flexibility, as it is primarily remote, with only two in-office days per month required for those who live within 50 miles of one of the company’s hub locations (Boston, MA; Hoffman Estates, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Lake Oswego, OR; Las Vegas, NV; Plano, TX; Suwanee, GA; Chandler, AZ; and Weatogue, CT). What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Technical Claims Specialist, your day will involve determining coverage, investigating claims, and setting reserves. You will evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and manage litigation strategies. Additionally, you will mentor other claims professionals and contribute to special projects, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Determine Coverage: Analyze and draft coverage letters
- Investigate Claims: Assess complex casualty claims
- Negotiate Settlements: Evaluate and resolve claims
- Manage Litigation: Oversee legal strategies
- Mentor Team: Train and guide claims professionals

- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
- Claims Expertise: Commercial casualty background
- Judgment Skills: Complex coverage questions

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $105,000 – $130,000/yr.
