What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, daily tasks include leading small initiatives, resolving Tier 1 inquiries, and assisting with Applicant Tracking System  (ATS) updates. The role involves collaborating on process improvements, supporting onboarding and training, and conducting data audits to ensure accuracy.
