This full-time, remote contract position requires candidates to reside in specific states, including AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NM, NV, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI. The role offers flexible schedules, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with shifts from 7am-4pm ET or 12-9pm PT.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you will review and investigate reports of suspicious activity, evaluate accounts and postings for risks, and enforce community guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve safety processes is a key part of the role.
