Working Solutions is hiring Accounting Software Customer Support contractors to assist QuickBooks customers with everything from navigating the software and managing their accounts to payments, payroll and troubleshooting. For experienced QuickBooks users looking for flexible remote contract work, the combination of specialized experience and schedule flexibility makes this one worth a closer look.
This is a phone-based support role, so you’ll work directly with QuickBooks customers who need assistance using the software, including:
- Software functionality and navigation
- Account management
- QuickBooks Online Payments
- Payroll support
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Identifying and recommending relevant QuickBooks products when appropriate
This opportunity is geared toward people who already have solid QuickBooks knowledge rather than those learning the software for the first time. Because you’ll be assisting customers by phone, Working Solutions is also looking for people who are comfortable explaining technical information clearly and working through customer questions in real time.
You’ll need:
- At least 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- Strong phone-based customer service skills
- Comfort troubleshooting software and technology
- The ability to communicate professionally and clearly
- Comfort recommending additional products when relevant
- Strong general computer skills
This opportunity is open to contractors working in the United States, except California, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington.
Contractors on this program typically earn $14.85–$19.80 per hour, depending on call volume and availability. Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, you’ll have more control over when you work within the program’s operating hours.
The program operates Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM, and contractors can choose their own hours within that window.
