This full-time, remote position offers flexibility and a supportive work environment. As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently, ensuring seamless administration and delivery of health, wellness, and retirement programs.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will manage benefit plan administration, collaborate with external vendors, and partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance. You’ll also analyze program usage, contribute to annual renewals, and support employees with benefit-related inquiries, enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Program Management: Oversee benefit plans daily
- Leave Administration: Manage FMLA, ADA, and state leaves
- Data Analysis: Support program usage and cost analysis
- Collaboration: Work with Payroll, Finance, and Legal
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with benefit vendors
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 2+ years in HR or Benefits
- Regulatory Knowledge: FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Communication: Explain benefits clearly
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $70,000 – $95,000/yr..
