As a full-time, fully remote position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The Creator Community Manager will focus on influencer sourcing and onboarding, working across various social media platforms.
What Your Day Will Look Like
This role involves researching and identifying top influencers, leading outreach and negotiations, and managing contracts. The position is research-heavy and relationship-driven, requiring strong communication skills and a keen understanding of social media trends.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Discover Creators: Identify influencers aligned with target demographics
- Lead Outreach: Communicate campaign expectations to creators
- Manage Contracts: Oversee creator agreements and negotiations
- Document Profiles: Track influencer metrics and costs
- Stay Informed: Monitor social media trends and shifts
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No degree required
- Platform Familiarity: YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok landscapes
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities
- AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools daily
- Tool Experience: Hands-on with Upfluence
Compensation & Benefits
