As a full-time remote role, the Customer Support Specialist position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 12 to 8 PM EST, ensuring consistent support for customers across different time zones.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Support Specialist, daily tasks include providing technical support via chat and email, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and becoming a product expert. The role involves evaluating and analyzing issues, resolving or escalating tickets, and identifying trends to create long-term solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
