What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Experience Representative, daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email, providing accurate product information, and resolving issues. The role involves troubleshooting orders through platforms like Shopify and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
