What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries and support tickets, resolving issues quickly while keeping communication clear and helpful. You’ll escalate more complex problems to Product or Engineering and help improve support documentation over time. This is a fully non-phone role, with all communication handled through email and chat (with occasional Zoom as needed).

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Manage Queue: Handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve user errors and bugs
  • Escalate Complexities: Forward issues to Engineering
  • Onboard Users: Assist with new user training
  • Enhance Resources: Develop help articles and macros
