This full-time position as a Customer Service Representative in the Behavioral Health team is remote, offering flexibility with midday and evening shifts available post-training. The role involves a Monday to Friday schedule, with training hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, provide members with a clear path to care, and assist with claims understanding and resolution. You’ll educate members about online resources, guide them through benefit plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities & Expectations

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

- Experience Required: 1-3 years in customer service
- Technical Skills: Proficient with IP phones and databases
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understand healthcare guidelines
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $17.00 – $25.65/hr..
