Parkade offers a full-time, remote position for a Customer Support Associate working the overnight shift from 12:00 am to 9:00 am PT on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The role requires 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule that may change.

What Your Day Will Look Like

The role involves providing support via email and phone, troubleshooting app and website issues, assisting with parking management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining brand-aligned communication, documenting interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Compensation & Benefits
