Logistics
ABC Legal is hiring Remote Data Entry Specialists across 18 separate state-specific openings, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico.
These are full-time remote positions with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Applicants must reside in one of the listed locations to be considered.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Data Entry Specialist, the day involves reviewing and filing legal documents using ABC Legal’s internal systems. The role requires collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet project goals. Additional tasks include participating in training sessions and investigating discrepancies.
Responsibilities & Expectations

- Collaborate: Work with team to resolve issues
- Participate in Training: Attend sessions to enhance skills
- Investigate Discrepancies: Address and solve document issues
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy needed
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office
- Typing Speed: 50 to 60 wpm
- Teamwork: Strong desire to collaborate
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $15.00/hr.
