What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone and email. Key tasks include troubleshooting issues, updating customer accounts, and escalating technical concerns. You’ll also identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that Trackwrestling remains a trusted resource for wrestling enthusiasts.

Compensation & Benefits
