As a full-time, remote position, the Customs Brokerage Rep III role offers flexibility with a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 3:00am. This opportunity allows employees to balance their professional and personal lives while contributing to a dynamic team.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will prepare customs entries, coordinate freight deliveries, and resolve finance issues. Your day will involve scanning entries into the imaging system, preparing reports, and maintaining client relationships. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills.

- Prepare Entries: Create customs entries and forward freight
- Coordinate Deliveries: Manage freight delivery logistics
- Resolve Issues: Handle finance reconciliation and discrepancies
- Scan Documents: Enter data into imaging system

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Customs Knowledge: Understanding of regulations and laws
- Data Entry Skills: Accurate and fast input
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office expertise
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 – $26.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar roles; Actual pay may vary.)
