This is a full-time, remote position available to qualified candidates across the U.S., offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Amazon’s Customs & Trade operations.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customs Brokerage Specialist, you’ll manage daily customs clearance operations across various modes of transportation. Tasks include verifying documentation, preparing import forms, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with logistics partners to resolve shipment issues and support customer service escalations, all while meeting strict KPI targets.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Verify Documents: Ensure accuracy of onboarding records
- Prepare Imports: Submit documentation to agencies
- Data Entry: File entries and classify tariffs
- Monitor Shipments: Track clearance status and issues
- Collaborate Teams: Work with logistics for solutions
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
- Logistics Experience: 2+ years in customs entry
- Excel Skills: Basic navigation and functions
- Regulatory Knowledge: U.S. Customs rules
- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient input
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $19.37 – $33.94/hr..
