What Your Day Will Look Like
As a GTM Enablement Specialist, daily tasks include delivering engaging training sessions for new hires, developing sales playbooks, and creating impactful sales content. The role involves identifying skills gaps, measuring training effectiveness, and ensuring consistent messaging across sales and customer experience teams.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Deliver Training: Conduct engaging onboarding sessions
- Develop Playbooks: Create sales guides and scripts
- Create Content: Produce case studies and exercises
- Identify Gaps: Tailor content to close skill gaps
- Measure Effectiveness: Track and improve training
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 2-4 years experience
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Content Creation: Develop sales-ready materials
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple initiatives
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with LMS and e-learning
Compensation & Benefits
