As a full-time, seasonal remote position, the MyHR Live Support Advisor role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight hours, to support Amazon employees across a global, 24/7 HR contact center. Extensions or conversion to a permanent role may be available based on business needs and individual performance.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this dynamic role, you will handle a high volume of live phone calls and potentially chats, providing real-time HR support to Amazon employees. Your day will involve resolving inquiries, building trust through personalized communication, and collaborating with partner teams to improve processes. You will also maintain performance metrics and adhere to set schedules to ensure consistent contact center operations.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $16.00 – $28.00/hr..
