As a part-time, fully remote position, the IT/Technical Support Specialist works 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST. The role requires a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
What Your Day Will Look Like
The IT/Technical Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting applications used by the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, coordinating technology enhancements, and providing training and guidance to hotline personnel. The role involves managing technical systems for webinars, learning platforms, and telephony infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and support for hotline counselors.
