This position is a temporary, open-ended role that offers part-time flexibility of up to 40 hours a week. The role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible schedule that may include some weekend and evening hours.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Coordinator in Licensing & Credentialing, you will manage the credentialing process from start to finish. This involves building and maintaining provider profiles, tracking workflows, and performing primary source verifications. You will also run compliance checks and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure providers are cleared to practice.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Manage Credentialing: Oversee intake through approval
- Build Profiles: Maintain provider data in Modio
- Verify Credentials: Conduct primary source checks
- Run Screenings: Complete compliance checks
- Coordinate Onboarding: Assist new clinician setup
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 2+ years experience preferred
- Platform Familiarity: Experience with Modio
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple providers
- Compliance Knowledge: Understand licensing regulations
- Communication Skills: Work cross-functionally
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $20.00 – $27.00/hr..
