As a Full-Time, remote position, this contract role offers flexibility and the potential for conversion to a permanent role. The position requires up to 40 hours per week, with preferred working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Candidates located near Manhattan, NY, are preferred for occasional in-office work.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Daily tasks include processing lender compliance updates and managing marketing reports. The role involves coordinating with external partners to maintain marketplace accuracy, reconciling partner billing, and managing content across the Student Loans marketplace. The Marketing Operations Associate will ensure smooth operations in affiliate campaigns and contract management, supporting the growth of NerdWallet’s Student Loans business.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Process Compliance: Update lender compliance details
- Manage Reports: Build marketing dashboards
- Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate report inconsistencies
- Configure Campaigns: Set up affiliate campaigns
- Reconcile Billing: Validate and audit invoices
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Data Proficiency: Google Sheets expertise
- Attention to Detail: Spot and resolve discrepancies
- Tool Familiarity: Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple workstreams
