What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Marketing Operations Associate, daily responsibilities include managing lender compliance updates, maintaining marketing reports, and coordinating affiliate campaigns. The role involves reconciling invoices, managing partner contracts, and ensuring accurate financial records, all while supporting the Student Loans business.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Process Compliance: Handle lender updates and disclosures
- Maintain Reports: Build dashboards and analyze data
- Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and fix report issues
- Manage Content: Update landing pages and lender orders
- Reconcile Invoices: Validate and audit billing details
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Data Proficiency: Google Sheets and pivot tables
- Attention to Detail: Spot discrepancies and maintain records
- Tool Familiarity: Voluum, Ironclad, WordPress
- Communication Skills: Professional written correspondence
