What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Partner Engagement Specialist, you will support a diverse range of agency partners by providing timely and reliable customer support. The role involves proactive engagement, training, and utilizing customer data to identify risks and opportunities for growth. You will execute standardized engagement playbooks to enhance platform adoption and customer retention.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Support Agencies: Provide guidance via Intercom
  • Proactive Engagement: Drive platform adoption post-launch
  • Educate Customers: Guide on features and workflows
  • Monitor Performance: Identify churn risk early
  • Escalate Issues: Collaborate for complex problem resolution

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: 3 years customer-facing experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication
  • Customer Management: Handle high-volume accounts

Compensation & Benefits
