As a full-time, remote position, the People Operations Generalist role offers flexibility, allowing team members to work from anywhere within the United States, excluding territories. The role requires occasional travel, up to 5%, to support team initiatives and maintain company culture.

What Your Day Will Look Like

The People Operations Generalist will manage various employment-related functions, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, advising on labor law compliance, and supporting benefits administration. The role also involves data management, workforce analytics, and collaborating on diversity initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain labor law adherence
  • Support Employee Relations: Guide leaders on management issues
  • Assist Performance Management: Support evaluations and feedback

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • HR Experience: 5 years in HR roles
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities
  • Organizational Skills: Handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $80,000 – $100,000/yr..
