Logistics
This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately 30 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 6:30 PM PT. While the role offers time off, it does not include health insurance benefits. The position is ideal for individuals who prefer a flexible, remote work environment.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Member Support Representative, daily tasks include providing live support for incoming calls, assisting members with registration and scheduling, and helping them understand their benefits. Responsibilities also involve troubleshooting platform issues, ensuring accurate member records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
