As a full-time, remote role, the Senior Client Success Advocate offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. The position involves a 12-month fixed-term contract with a commitment to a 40-hour work week. Occasional travel, not exceeding 10%, may be required.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will engage in client case management, providing direct support and addressing inquiries in real-time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and initiatives, ensuring the seamless delivery of client success programs. Additionally, you will analyze data and feedback to inform workflow improvements and contribute to process enhancements.

Compensation & Benefits
