This position is full-time and fully remote, allowing candidates from anywhere in the US to apply. The role requires up to 40 hours of work per week, offering flexibility in a fast-paced environment. As a Supply Chain & Print Fulfillment Specialist, you will collaborate with various teams and partners to ensure seamless operations.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Supply Chain & Print Fulfillment Specialist, your day will involve aggregating and validating orders, creating detailed print and fulfillment specifications, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of updated curriculum content files. You will also create and track purchase orders for print production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. (Non-Phone Work)

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Order Validation: Aggregate and check orders in Salesforce
  • Fulfillment Specs: Create detailed instructions for vendors
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile stock levels
  • Content Coordination: Ensure current files for printing
  • Purchase Orders: Generate and track vendor orders
