What Your Day Will Look Like
The role involves reviewing and publishing user-generated content, monitoring community and feedback email inboxes, and troubleshooting technical issues. You’ll assist community leader volunteers, identify user needs and trends, and perform quality assurance tasks to ensure a top-notch experience for the audience.
