What Your Day Will Look Like
Daily tasks include managing inbound support tickets across various channels, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The role involves partnering with teammates and cross-functional teams to enhance operational standards and improve merchant experiences. Documentation and process improvement are also key components of the daily workflow.

- Manage Tickets: Handle support inquiries across channels
- Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve customer problems end to end

- Collaborate Teams: Work with internal teams for solutions
- Improve Processes: Identify and suggest workflow enhancements
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 3+ years experience
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities
- Problem Solving: End-to-end issue handling
- Platform Experience: Familiar with Zendesk, Intercom
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate documentation
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $48,000 – $70,600/yr..
